Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE] [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] is committed to preventing and rapidly addressing non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) and other prohibited content. This page explains how to report content and how we respond, consistent with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act and applicable law. ## 1. Important context: companions are synthetic All companions on this platform are fully synthetic, fictional, AI-generated characters. They are not real people and do not depict any actual person. The platform has no feature to upload a photograph, audio, or video of a real person, so there is no supported path to create imagery of an identifiable individual. We nonetheless provide this reporting channel and act on every good-faith report. If any output is alleged to depict, resemble, or be intended to represent a real person without consent, we treat that report seriously and handle it through the expedited process below. ## 2. What you can report here - Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) of a real, identifiable person, including AI-generated or "deepfake" sexual imagery alleged to depict an identifiable individual. - Content that depicts or appears to depict a minor. - Content that uses your likeness, face, body, or voice (or that of another real person) without consent. - Other content you believe violates our Acceptable Use Policy or the law. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. ## 3. How to submit a report Send a report to [OPERATOR ABUSE EMAIL] (or use the in-product reporting control where available). To help us act quickly, please include, to the extent you can: 1. A description of the content and why it is non-consensual or otherwise prohibited. 2. A way to locate the content (for example, a link, screenshot, account or content identifier, or the approximate date and time you saw it). 3. A statement that you are the depicted individual or are authorized to act on that person's behalf, if applicable. 4. Your contact information so we can follow up. 5. A good-faith statement that the information in your report is accurate. You do not need to be a registered user to submit a report. You do not need to state a reason for using this channel beyond identifying the content and the basis for removal. Please do not attach the intimate imagery itself; a description or link is sufficient. ## 4. Our response commitment Consistent with the TAKE IT DOWN Act's notice-and-removal framework for covered NCII: - Acknowledgement: We aim to acknowledge valid NCII reports within [RESPONSE TIME COMMITMENT - e.g., 24-48 hours]. - Removal: For valid requests covered by the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we will remove the reported content, and make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies, within [REMOVAL TIME COMMITMENT - e.g., 48 hours] of receiving a valid request, as required by applicable law. - Other prohibited content: For reports of content depicting a minor, we act immediately on validation and, where required by law, report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement and preserve relevant records. [Counsel to confirm final time commitments and process so they meet or exceed the TAKE IT DOWN Act and any applicable state-law requirements.] ## 5. What happens after you report 1. We review the report and may contact you for clarification. 2. If the content violates our policies or the law, we remove or disable access to it and take action on the responsible account, which may include suspension or termination. 3. We make reasonable efforts to detect and remove identical re-uploads or copies. 4. We maintain internal records of reports and actions taken for compliance and audit purposes. ## 6. Abuse of this process Submitting knowingly false or bad-faith reports may itself violate our Terms and applicable law. We may decline or reverse action on reports we determine to be invalid or fraudulent. ## 7. Counter-notice If your content or account was actioned and you believe this was in error, you may contact [OPERATOR ABUSE EMAIL] to request review. [Counsel to define any counter-notice procedure appropriate to the operator.] ## 8.
